Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims must be made within 10 days of receiving. All packaging should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.
During peak times, deliveries may take one additional business day to arrive. This affects the week prior to the following Holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. An additional $14.95 fee will apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is not on home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver package. Some packages require a signature, while other may be left at the door.
Food items and perishables cannot be returned.
Orders may be placed only through our website. When you receive an order, visit Gift Baskets with Style login to your account and make your purchase. All orders placed before 12:00 pm CST will ship that day, orders received after 12:00 pm CST will ship the following business day. For orders larger than 20 gift baskets, please use our Large Order form and we will contact you to arrange payment.
We are not responsible for incorrect information sent to us, i.e., incorrect shipping addresses. Please enter destination location carefully.
- We charge a redelivery fee of $14.95 for any incorrect addresses.
- Please note the biggest mistake is a missing suite or apartment number.
As required by the shipping companies, the recipient's telephone number must be included in the shipping information. During peak seasons shipping companies reserve the right to suspend their guarantees. We will inform you if such an event should occur.
Once shipping company has claimed delivery of a package, the responsibility of this package is no longer ours. If the recipient claims non-delivery and the shipping company claims it was delivered, we cannot issue a credit or refund. We also have to charge for a reship as the shipping company will not refund any packages shown as delivered.
Gift Baskets with Style, L.L.C. reserves the right to replace an out of stock item with one of equal or greater value. During warm weather months, we replace chocolate items with ones of equal or greater value.
Those customers who have opted to receive our newsletter for specific product updates will be notified by email when such updates occur.
We guarantee all of the products available on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, or it arrives damaged, we will resend the order or issue a refund or credit. If you have an issue with quality of our products please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
